Balloon Delivery - Terms and Conditions
Orders for next day delivery must be received no later than 1pm the day before (excluding Sunday and Mondays – see terms below). Please call to request a specific delivery time. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. Deliveries are generally made within a morning or afternoon time frame, either between 9am and 12pm OR 12pm and 4pm. After hour deliveries after 6pm are subject to additional fees and availability. During major holidays, delivery hours may be extended. If you wish same day delivery, you must call in to request same, but availability of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries for Sunday and Monday MUST be received no later than the Friday before the date of delivery.

The delivery fees above DO NOT apply to delivery of party rentals (ie. tank rentals, costume rentals, food carts, bouncy castles, etc)
Product and Service Complaints
Please email or call us about any product or service issues within 2 days of the delivery date so we can address them accordingly.
We cannot provide anonymous delivery service. In the event a greeting card does not specify who the delivery is from, we must reveal the name of the sender to the recipient if requested.
Deliveries to a Business
If the recipient is not at the place of business on arrival, the balloons will be left at the business location.
Deliveries to a Residence
It is our standard procedure to contact the residence and arrange a delivery time which ensures someone will be at the residence to accept the order when we arrive. Surprise deliveries cannot be guaranteed, however, if a surprise delivery is requested and no one is at the residence to accept the delivery, there will be a $20 fee to have the order re-delivered at another time. Please note that if no one is home to accept the delivery, a reschedule of the delivery must be made on same date..deliveries will not be rescheduled for another date as the balloon order will already be inflated.
Deliveries to a Hospital
Only mylar and plastic bubble balloons may be sent to hospitals.
Deliveries to a Hotel
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care of the front desk, bell desk or concierge. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.
Deliveries to a Hall
Deliveries to a hall or restaurant are generally left in the room or set up on the tables in the room name which is provided by the client. If the room is not available or the venue is not sure what room the event is taking place at, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is made aware a delivery is coming. Otherwise, the order will be left with the main office or in a storage room.
Deliveries to a School
Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Those that do require that the delivery be made to the main office. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the school office contacts the student to pickup the balloons.
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Requests to leave items at door
Customer assumes all liability for requests to leave bouquets at door. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
We will make every attempt to fill the order as requested. However, due to the seasonality and availability of the balloons, we reserve the right to make substitutions or equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the look and feel of the specific arrangement by the shape, size, style and colour combinations.
Same day orders CANNOT be changed, rescheduled or cancelled. If an order is cancelled same day, full forfeiture of payment applies. Orders (other than Sundays and Mondays) may be cancelled, changed or rescheduled upon 24 hours notice (or more) by sending your request by email to email@example.com. We will respond with a cancellation confirmation. A cancellation fee may apply (see below). If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact our customer service by phone at (905) 850-8813 during regular business hours. Please do not consider your order cancelled or changed until you have received a printed confirmation by email. Orders scheduled for delivery on Sunday or Monday, must be cancelled by 12pm on the Friday prior to delivery. ALL Orders must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to delivery time and are subject to the cancellation fee noted below.
Once an order is placed, a series of events happen including the preparing of the work order, ordering of supplies, if needed, and the routing and scheduling of the delivery. If an order is to be cancelled, these steps must be reversed, involving significant administrative time and costs. Our cancellation fees are used to cover the cost of this effort. There is a standard 25% cancellation fee (25% of the entire cost of the order including delivery and tax) on all orders that are cancelled before the 24 hour deadline noted above. If an order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery time, the entire purchase is forfeited. If the customer orders same day and cancels within 15 minutes of placing the order, there will be no cancellation fee. Otherwise, they will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee as noted above.
Cold air, hot air, humidity, barometric pressure changes, high altitudes and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. The float times posted below are the maximum expected float times. Changing conditions mean that on some occasions, balloons may float for only one day and on other occasions the same balloons may float for many days. We guarantee that your balloons will be delivered in perfect condition, but float times can vary. Mylar balloons will remain full and taught for 3-5 days. They will continue to float for two weeks or longer. Air-conditioned and colder climate air may cause these balloons to shrivel, but they will return to a normal state when exposed to warmer air. 16″ latex balloons will float indoors for 30-40 hours. 11″ latex balloons will float indoors for 12-20 hours. Float times may be reduced by as much as 50% at elevations above 2,500 feet.
Hi-Float Treatment for Latex Balloons, used indoors and out of direct sunlight, will float for 3-5 days if treated with Hi-Float, a non toxic sealant which coats the inner wall of the balloon. However even with Hi-Float treatment, float times may be reduced by as much as 60% at elevations above 2,500 feet.
The noted dimensions of mylar balloons are their size uninflated. A mylar balloon with a noted size of 18″ will be closer to 13″ once inflated. A 28″ mylar would typically be 24″ at the widest point after inflation.
Dimensions of latex balloons is their inflated size. For example, an 11″ latex balloons has an 11″ diameter at the widest point.
